Microbrewery Equipment

Excellence by Design - Custom Built Turn-Key Brewing Plants

We are a leading supplier of high quality and energy efficient new and used brewing systems, ranging in size from medium sized commercial brewing systems to pub brewery systems of this scope at very competitive prices, with excellent before, during, and after installation support.

Our scope of supply includes fully automated brewery plants with annual output exceeding 100,000 hl, for pub brewery applications we supply 500 liter to 2000 liter brewpub systems, and also offer pilot brewing research and development plants. We offer customized brewery plant solutions, our product line includes complete turnkey brewing systems, brewhouses, fermentation and cellar tanks, CIP (clean-in-place) systems, malt mills, refrigeration/chiller systems, filtration and packaging plant equipment.

Turnkey brewing plants are engineered and built to optimize our client's scale of operations, and come complete from malt receiving/storage/handling, brewhouse, wort treatment, energy recovery, CIP system, water supply, cellar tank farm, filtration, and automation process controls, based upon each client's specific requirements.

For pub breweries, the most popular brewhouses are 500 liter, 1000 liter, and 2000 liter batch size. For clients that desire a warmer and more traditional European feel we offer a choice of full copper Bavarian style brewhouses, or with copper clad sides and stainless steel heads. Clients preferring the cleaner look of stainless steel have many choices including a #4 stainless finish, mirror polish on the sides and/or heads, with options to add copper and brass banding.

Our brewing systems are designed for brewing all classic beer styles: lagers, ales, stouts, barley wine, and high gravity Belgian beers. Brewhouses are fully integrated, of modular construction, pre-assembled at the factory, for easy reassembly on site, significantly reducing installation time and cost, with many control panel interface options available. We have substantial production brewery expertise, over the years we've utilized German brewing engineers to develop the more complex design features that have been integrated into our brewery systems, offering clients the choice of manual, semi-automated, and the most modern process automation to assure the smooth running of the production process, exceptionally high product quality, and energy efficient operations.

Depending upon our client's needs, we also offer skid-mounted-systems that are quick and easy to install, with manual controls which many smaller brewers prefer because the manual transfer process is quite simple, and helps to minimize their investment cost.

Our CIP designs are configured and built to suit each client's requirements and environmental conditions. Our CIP systems utilize 2 stage rinses, a rinse water vessel, heated caustic vessels, and can be dedicated for single use or for use in one section of the plant to prevent cross contamination. Certain CIP applications may also require steam and/or acid sanitizing cycles to adequately clean vessels and piping systems. Our CIP systems can be designed to operate manually, utilizing an integrated diverter manifold, and our modern automated CIP systems in combination with high end measuring and control components offer a wide range of applications.

Engineering design and project management: We refer to this as a turn-key brewing plant because our team works in partnership with your architect and general contractor to ensure that the brewery equipment will fit into the area designated for the brewery and that the best combination of functionality and aesthetics are achieved. Upon determining a final brewery layout, utility requirements such as water, steam, electrical, refrigeration, dry oil free air and drainage will be specified, and appropriate connecting locations will be confirmed. The brewery equipment will be delivered and installed including all essential components up to the dispensing of beer in brewpubs and the packaging plant for production breweries.

Since 1993 we have built a solid reputation by taking care of our clients, paying attention to even the smallest details and keeping in step with their performance needs. Our high quality new and used brewing systems offer an excellent return on investment.
